Size Chart
All figures below are garment measurements, taken flat and unstretched — the vest itself, not your body. The fabric is a compression knit and expands well beyond these numbers when worn.
| Size | Waist unstretched (in / cm) |
Bust unstretched (in / cm) |
Length shoulder to hem (in / cm) |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 25.2" / 64 | 28.3" / 72 | 19.6" / 50 |
| M | 26.7" / 68 | 29.9" / 76 | 20.4" / 52 |
| L | 28.3" / 72 | 31.5" / 80 | 20.8" / 53 |
| XL | 30.7" / 78 | 33.8" / 86 | 21.2" / 54 |
| XXL | 33.1" / 84 | 36.2" / 92 | 21.2" / 54 |
These are garment measurements, not body measurements. The vest is a compression piece, so it is built smaller than the body it fits and stretches when you put it on. Don't be alarmed that the numbers look small.
To measure yourself: for your waist, wrap a soft tape around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel, and keep it level. For your bust, measure around the fullest part with the tape level all the way around. Stand relaxed and don't pull the tape tight.
Then pick your size by fit preference. If you want firm compression and a strong hold, choose the size whose garment waist sits closest below your own waist measurement. If you prefer a gentler squeeze, or you're between sizes, size up — a vest that's too tight is uncomfortable to train in and harder to breathe deeply in. Measurements are taken by hand and may vary by about 1–2 cm.
Made for the Working Half of Your Week
Zip it on for a treadmill session and you'll feel the heat build within the first few minutes. It works just as well for a HIIT circuit, a spin class, a home workout in a cold garage, or a jog on a grey morning when you want to warm up faster. The compression is the part most people end up keeping it for — that held-in feeling through the waist and midsection that stops a top riding up every time you bend or twist. Wear your own sports bra underneath, pull it on over leggings, and you have a full outfit; unzip and peel it off the moment you're done.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this vest have a built-in bra or padding?
No. There's no built-in bra, no removable pads and no shelf lining — it's a single compression layer designed to be worn over your own sports bra. Choose a bra with the support level your workout needs, then zip the vest over the top.
Will wearing this vest make me lose weight?
No. It raises your body temperature so you sweat more during a workout, and sweat is water — whatever the scale shows straight afterwards comes back as soon as you rehydrate. No garment causes fat loss. Wear it because you like training hot and you like how compression feels, and let your training and nutrition do the actual work.
Are the numbers in the size chart my measurements or the garment's?
The garment's, measured flat and unstretched. Because this is a compression piece it's deliberately built smaller than the body it fits, which is why the numbers look small. Measure your own waist and bust, then use the Fit Tip above to choose based on how firm you want the compression.
How tight should it feel?
Snug and supportive, never painful. You should be able to take a full deep breath without effort. If it restricts your breathing, digs in, or leaves deep marks, it's too small — size up.
How long should I wear it at a time?
For the duration of your workout. It isn't designed to be worn all day, overnight, or in a sauna, hot tub or steam room. Drink water throughout, and take it off if you feel dizzy, overheated or short of breath.
Can I wear it outside the gym?
The zip-up front and clean lines look fine on the way to and from a session, layered under a jacket or with leggings. It's built as training wear though, so it's most comfortable when you're actually moving.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash, or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, and hang it to dry. Skip the tumble dryer, iron and bleach — heat damages the stretch fibres and the vest will lose its compression. Rinse it after each sweaty session rather than leaving it balled up in a bag.
What colors and sizes are available?
Black and pink in the sleeveless style, plus a black short-sleeve version, all in sizes S through XXL.
