When to wear them

These carry across the year. On their own through spring and autumn, with a light layer in summer, and under a longer coat in winter. The fabric is fluid rather than heavy, so they don't strand you in one season the way a thick wool trouser does.

Care

What size should I order?
Go by your waist measurement against the chart above. The hip is cut generously, so it's the waist that determines fit. If you're between sizes, take the larger one — the relaxed drape is the intended look.

How loose is "loose"?
Roomy through the hip and thigh, falling straight rather than tapering. They're meant to skim the leg, not follow it. If you want something closer to the body, this isn't that trouser.

Are they long?
Yes — around 41 inches from waistband to hem across the size range. That's deliberate: a full-length straight leg is what gives the drape its line. If you're petite, expect to hem them or wear them with a heel.

Will they wrinkle?
Fluid fabrics crease less than stiff ones, and what does set usually falls out on the hanger. A cool iron handles anything stubborn.

Can I put them in the machine?

Are they warm enough for winter?
